Warm Tet in The Highland – My Journey of Giving in Da Lat

A three-day journey to Da Lat revealed how small actions create lasting impact. I taught STEM and art at Darahoa Community School, prepared meals for the elderly at a social care center, and helped distribute Tết gifts in K’nai Village.

In the afternoon, we prepared meals and decorated the space for the elderly at a social care center, hoping to bring them warmth and a bit of festive spirit before Tết.

On the final day, I learned to plant and harvest vegetables at Vị Xưa Farm and helped deliver Tết gifts to children and families in K’nai Village.

Watching children’s faces brighten during their first science experiment and seeing elders’ smiles during our Tết celebration taught me this: true design isn’t just about spaces—it’s about crafting human connection. These moments where education meets compassion and tradition meets community will forever inspire my architectural vision.
